I captured this photo in the youth of the day at The Cliffs of Moher on the Irish Coast. My family and I were touring the UK and made it to one of the most breath taking places I have been in my life. I was humbled ,feeling like an ant standing on the edge of the monstrous cliffs gazing out to the frigid coast. The weather was brutal but the experience was beautiful.

- I went on a daytrip to the tallest cliffs of Ireland. I always loved to take photographs of landscapes… mainly because it calms me down. But these steep cliffs terrified me in the first place! People were dangeling their feet over the edge: I got goosebumps watching it. After some minutes I found a less crowded place to relax. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale… I was watching the waves hitting the cliffs. And I definitely got lost in doing that.

Cliffs of Moher
- During a wonderful vacation driving around Ireland, we of course had to stop at the beautiful and iconic Cliffs of Moher. I love a good bit of stormy weather, even if it was all day every day for our entire vacation – growing up in the Pacific Northwest has given me a healthy appreciation for it.
